Flex Pricing, an Eagle First, provides a twist on traditional “pass-through” pricing, this flexible pricing plan allows you to choose your price based on your current volume, and change it as often as you need. Flex Pricing offers different volumes to choose from and is paid in advance by you, the broker, via e-check or credit card.

DOC Sets purchased on the Flex Pricing Plan will expire after a specific period of time, determined by the quantity of sets purchased. The expiration information is available during the purchase process.

If, after the 3rd completed transaction you are not satisfied with EagleDOCS Online, our documents, and/or our services, you may be entitled to a full refund for the first 3 transactions. The Traditional Invoice Plan provides a traditional "pass-through" pay-after-close pricing plan. Pass-through pricing means the doc prep fee will appear on the HUD payable to EagleDOCS and an invoice will automatically print with the closing docs. The settlement agent will pay the invoice from the Borrower’s funds at closing.
