EagleDOCS Online affords you the ability to seamlessly import your loan data from
your Loan Origination Software (LOS). Current supported software includes Calyx Point,
Byte, Genesis, and Contour. The import into EagleDOCS Online is complete in seconds
and within minutes a nationally compliant closing package is ready to review, print or send.

EagleDOCS Online's built-in intelligence, EagleSMARTS, guides you through the rest of
the closing process, catching missing critical information before allowing you to print.
After importing your loan, you are brought to a preliminary finish page which describes
errors that must be completed before printing your DOCS. Errors are color ranked in order
of importance - red, brown and blue. Red errors are highest in importance and must be
edited or completed before the system will allow you to print your DOCS. Brown errors are
strongly recommended to be edited or completed and blue errors are only suggested. Both
brown and blue errors will allow you to print without editing or completing them. As you
maneuver through the site, EagleSMARTS, assists by auto calculating various things like
the escrow months, the aggregate and the rescind date, just to name a few. EagleSMARTS
also auto populates Investor specific information, such as payment and return addresses,
chooses Investor defaults, like whether they run on a 360 or 365 day year and prompts you
for MERS information if you have chosen a MERS Investor.

Once the loan is complete, EagleDOCS Online automatically selects the docs pertinent to
your loan, with the ability to print or send the whole package or just a few docs from
